Polytetrafluoroethylene
Everflon™ PTFE ha il punto di fusione più alto e il coefficiente di attrito più basso, ed è il più inerte tra tutti i fluoropolimeri. Ha una temperatura di esercizio continua di 260 °C.
Fluorinated ethylene propylene
Progettate per migliorare rivestimenti, estrusione a caldo e impregnazione, le resine Everflon™ FEP sono disponibili in granuli, polvere e dispersione. Sono inoltre compatibili con le tecniche convenzionali di estrusione a caldo e con i processi di stampaggio a iniezione, compressione, trasferimento e soffiaggio.
Perfluoro Alkoxy
Everflon™ PFA is available in pellet,liquid and powder forms. These fluoropolymer resins improve products manufactured for a wide range of industries, including the chemical processing, electronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors.
Ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene
Everflon™ ETFE resins are melt-processable copolymers with a reputation for excellent physical toughness and resistance to radiation, chemicals, UV, and extreme temperatures. They also can be customized for desired color, reinforcement, and conductivity levels, allowing them to be used in a variety of high-performance products and components.
Polyvinylidene Fluoride
Everflon™ PVDF is a specialty plastic used in applications requiring the highest purity, as well as resistance to solvents, acids and hydrocarbons.
Fornitura di 10 colori standard conformi alle normative RoHS e SGS per l'isolamento dei cavi, i componenti stampati o altri prodotti lavorati con tecniche quali stampaggio a iniezione ed estrusione.
Modificato per avere conduttività elettrica pur mantenendo l'eccellente resistenza chimica, l'elevata purezza e le proprietà termiche del materiale.
La reticolazione dell'ETFE ne aumenta le proprietà meccaniche, come la resistenza all'abrasione, la resistenza al taglio e la resistenza alla trazione, soprattutto ad alte temperature.
Resina espansa: ideale per applicazioni ad alta frequenza grazie alla sua bassa costante dielettrica, che riduce la perdita di segnale, e per l'utilizzo in ambito aerospaziale o robotico, dove la riduzione del peso è fondamentale.
Queste pellicole termoplastiche trasparenti possono essere termosaldate, stampate a caldo, orientate, termoformate, formate sottovuoto, incollate a caldo, saldate, metallizzate e laminate con molti altri materiali come elastomeri e materie plastiche.
